Jebaily Law Firm: Personal Injury Lawyers in Florence, SC

This year marks the Jebaily Law Firm’s 50th anniversary. The long-standing and well-respected Jebaily Law Firm has been fighting for South Carolina injury victims for Over 50 Years. With more than 100 years of collective legal experience among the firm’s five attorneys, the Florence- and Myrtle Beach-based firm has the knowledge, skills, resources, and determination to pursue the outcomes our clients deserve.

Our History

Attorney Ronald J. Jebaily founded the Jebaily Law Firm not long after receiving his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1969. Ronald Jebaily got his start in his home state of New York under the guidance of the great Moe Levine at the law firm of Levine & Broder.

After his parents moved to South Carolina, Ronald followed and he quickly grew to love the Palmetto State. He decided that Florence was where he wanted to establish his firm.

In the early days of the practice, Jebaily handled a wide range of legal matters. Eventually, he started to focus on workers’ compensation and personal injury cases.

Our Accomplishments

Ronald Jebaily was honored by Florence County Bar Association for his lifetime service when he received the Ralph King Anderson Jr. Award. This honor is given annually to a member of the Florence County Bar who has contributed to the character and quality of the legal profession, as well as the community it serves for a significant period of time. Jebaily also earned the recognition of his peers as the recipient of two prestigious awards; the Injured Workers’ Advocates’ Little Man Award in 2013 and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Education Association’s Lifetime Service award in 2015.

Our Attorneys

Today, the firm consists of a team of five qualified and experienced attorneys who fight every day for the rights of injury victims in South Carolina. In 1984, Ronald’s younger brother, George D. Jebaily, joined the firm and was eventually named managing partner. In 2014, George was recognized by the American Association for Justice as a top 10 finalist for the national “Trial Lawyers Care” award for his work on behalf of Downtown Florence.

In 2003, Partner Rangeley Bailey joined the firm. Bailey’s practice focuses on helping clients with Social Security Disability and those who have been injured in personal injury cases. Ronald’s wife, Suzanne Jebaily, started at the firm in 2002 as a paralegal. She developed a love for the law and decided to enroll at the University of South Carolina School of Law. She became an associate attorney in 2008 and has since focused on workers’ compensation cases.

Attorney Brian S. Yost is the newest addition to the firm, having joined as an associate in 2013. Yost practices in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury.
