Attorney Kayla Jebaily Adams, a proud Florence native and valued associate at Jebaily Law Firm, recently completed the prestigious Leadership Florence program—completing nine months of transformative learning and community engagement. Graduating in May 2025, Kayla joined a select cohort of local professionals committed to strengthening Florence’s business climate and quality of life.

Leadership Florence, hosted by the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce, is a nine-month immersion into the diverse sectors that drive regional growth. From September to May, participants spend one full day each month touring area businesses, government agencies, nonprofits, and educational institutions—gaining a comprehensive understanding of the forces shaping Florence. The program also hones leadership skills, fosters civic engagement, and builds a robust network among emerging leaders.

Kayla’s participation underscores her dedication to both her profession and community. Already deeply rooted in Florence’s philanthropic landscape—including previous volunteer roles with Boys & Girls Clubs, Diversity Works, and the United Way—this program provided fresh insights and broadened perspective. To her legal practice, she now boasts a richer network and deeper knowledge of the region’s interconnected systems—public, private, and nonprofit.

As she brought her firsthand experience from personal injury, workers’ compensation, and Social Security disability cases into the cohort, Kayla enhanced group dialogue with real-world legal perspectives. Graduating from Leadership Florence marks another milestone in her journey: translating leadership theory into local impact, as she continues to advocate for clients and partners in the Pee Dee.

Congratulations, Kayla, on this well-earned achievement—your Florence heritage, legal expertise, and evolving civic leadership reflect the true spirit of Leadership Florence.
