In the heart of downtown Florence’s newly redeveloped historic district, the 2023 Florence Wine & Food Festival took place on Thursday, March 30th through Saturday, April 1st. Jebaily Law Firm was proud to sponsor the fantastic event that delivered entertainment and delight to those who experienced it.

Katie Button, five-time James Beard Foundation Award nominee, was this year’s festival headliner. In 2016, Button released her first cookbook, Cúrate: Authentic Spanish Food from an American Kitchen. In 2022, Button’s Cúrate Bar de Tapas in Asheville, North Carolina, won the Outstanding Hospitality award from the James Beard Foundation. The featured winery for 2023 was Domaine Serene, a husband and wife team on a mission to produce exquisitely-crafted Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Notably, the Florence Wine & Food Festival benefitted Help 4 Kids Florence, a non-profit organization that provides meals for at-risk, elementary school-age children. Currently, Help 4 Kids serves weekend meal packs to approximately 2,500 children in Florence County elementary schools. Jebaily Law Firm is grateful to have had the opportunity to partner with a cause working to reduce food insecurity in children.
