What if there's a situation where I do get in a car accident and the officer never comes to talk to me? What would I do? Do they come talk to me in the hospital or what are my steps? What's the process? That's a great question. So, communicating with the officers is critical. You need to be able to tell the officer what happened so that the officer has all of the information that's necessary, you know, the basic information, your driver's license and vehicle registration, all that, but also insurance information as well, that that gets captured but then it's very important that your version of what happened be captured because not everybody tells the same version and sometimes people don't necessarily speak the truth when and so we've had to get involved, get video that actually shows that the at-fault party wasn't being candid with the officers. So, making sure that your version is down there and that the officer understands that you are not at fault and why you weren't at fault, that's very, very important to let the officer know at the scene or if you're taken by ambulance to the hospital, having that opportunity when the officer comes to the hospital.
