Michelle Driggers joined Jebaily Law Firm in August 2015 as a Social Security Paralegal, working with Partner, Rangeley Bailey. In January 2026, she expanded her role to join the Personal Injury team, also working alongside Partner, Rangeley Bailey. Currently, Michelle is responsible for assisting with both Social Security Disability benefits cases and Personal Injury matters.
Michelle earned her associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Horry-Georgetown Technical College in 2003 and her bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Coastal Carolina University in 2007. Since 2003, she has worked across several areas of the law, including Social Security, criminal law, personal injury, car accidents, contract disputes, torts, worker’s compensation, and medical malpractice.
In her personal time, Michelle enjoys cultivating relationships with family and friends, attending musicals and Broadway performances, following a variety of live sporting events including baseball and hockey, and embracing every opportunity to travel and experience new destinations.
