The workers’ compensation laws require that you report your injury within 90 days from the date of the injury. When reporting the injury, you should note the time, place of injury, how you were injured, the injuries received, and names of witnesses. You should also keep a copy of this information. To receive benefits your claim must be filed with the S.C. Worker’s Compensation Commission within two years from the date of injury.

See More TestimonialsVery nice staff. From the young lady greeting you at the front to the attorney. I just gave them my case so it’s very early in the process but I feel I chose the right law firm to get it done. Thank you in advance for your help.
Amazing team at The Jebaily Law Firm! Very thorough and willing to explain about the laws and the options available for your case. Ms. Kayla Adams was superb. Thank you so much. I highly recommend!
The office has been a staple in the downtown Florence area for decades! Never had a reason to go inside until now, and just like the courtesy and professionalism, the office is top notch!
I used Rangeley Bailey and Kathryn Funderburk for my wreck case. They were amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better result and a better attorney and paralegal to represent me. If you ever need an attorney, you will not be sorry if you call Ms. Rangeley and Ms. Kathryn.
