Rangeley and Michelle were meticulous, thorough, caring, concerned, and consistent with representation for my claim. They kept me updated from beginning to end and explained everything in a way that I could understand especially during my times of feeling overwhelmed. She got my case moving faster than I was able to do so (literally months ahead rather than waiting years).
