Generally speaking, workers are entitled to workers’ compensation at a rate of 66-2/3 percent of his or her average weekly wage (which is based on the previous four quarters before you sustained your injury) but no more than the maximum average weekly wage that is pre-determined by the South Carolina Employment Security Commission on a yearly basis. A workers’ compensation attorney can further advise you about your possible compensation rate if you have additional questions.

See More TestimonialsJebaily Law Firm was a great choice to have handle my case. Working with Kathy and Rangeley has been a joy! I was kept up to date with consistent communication and every time I had questions (and I had a lot of them), I would get an immediate response via email. Even with some hiccups due to insurance companies dragging their feet, they stayed on top of the case, always following up with them and giving me updates. I’ve had peace of mind through this whole experience knowing that they had my back and based on what I’ve heard about other law firms, my case was handled and settled quickly. Thank you all for your professionalism and great work!
They are a great firm, very professional with positive results. I have recommended two people to the firm since my case. I would use them again if I need a lawyer.
Brian Yost and Monique are wonderful! Very personable and caring. Great law firm – I highly recommend them.
