Generally speaking, workers are entitled to workers’ compensation at a rate of 66-2/3 percent of his or her average weekly wage (which is based on the previous four quarters before you sustained your injury) but no more than the maximum average weekly wage that is pre-determined by the South Carolina Employment Security Commission on a yearly basis. A workers’ compensation attorney can further advise you about your possible compensation rate if you have additional questions.

Words cannot express how wonderful Mr. George Jebaily was in helping me get through a problem that had me in tears. His kindness and professional manner were amazing. I recommend him highly to anyone that has legal problems or questions and can rest assured he will work hard in a courteous and diligent manner.
George Jebaily was very nice and concerned about me as a person before any case. He really helped me and Sarah was very sweet and understanding and they listened to me never over talked me I would recommend them to anyone!
My sister was seriously injured in an automobile accident in 2011. The recovery time was projected to take approximately one year. She had three small children to take care of with no income. Medical expenses were mounting and dealing with all of the paperwork was stressful. We reached out to George Jebaily for direction and he immediately lifted the burden and responsibility of trying to understand everything. Mr. Jebaily’s primary focus was for my sister to take care of herself and leave the paperwork and legal stuff to him. Throughout the entire process, we were kept abreast of changes and/or updates and were always treated with respect and compassion. The staff was always available to help and answer questions. They treated us like family.
Reaching out to George Jebaily was the best decision we could have made with the best outcome we could have hoped for. I am forever grateful for the support and hard work that was extended to my sister’s situation. We were truly able to focus on her recovery while Mr. Jebaily worked on fighting for her. I was and still am thoroughly impressed and pleased with his knowledge and diligence and will never look elsewhere for true professional help!
