Generally speaking, workers are entitled to workers’ compensation at a rate of 66-2/3 percent of his or her average weekly wage (which is based on the previous four quarters before you sustained your injury) but no more than the maximum average weekly wage that is pre-determined by the South Carolina Employment Security Commission on a yearly basis. A workers’ compensation attorney can further advise you about your possible compensation rate if you have additional questions.

Very helpful and easy to talk to!
It was a pleasure to work with the Jebaily Law Firm. Their work was very detailed and thorough. I am grateful for all of your help and putting up with me during this whole process.
Several years ago I got a call from my mom. Her car broke down and my 96-year-old grandma was with her. Mr. Jebaily stopped to make sure they were okay and stayed with them on the side of the road until I got there. Haven’t needed a lawyer but if I ever do, it will be here at Jebaily Law Firm. They don’t teach values like that at school. THANKS AGAIN MR. JEBAILY!
