When it comes to auto accidents, it is always in your best interest to provide the insurance company with only that information that is required by law. You will need to send the FR-10 form to the insurer after an auto accident, but you certainly should not make any recorded statements without the benefit of an attorney (unless you’re contractually required).

Everyone at Jebaily Law Firm is so nice, professional, and makes you feel very comfortable while you are there. Mrs. R. Jebailey is excellent. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case and how it was handled. I would recommend this firm to all my family and friends.
Brian is the best and highly recommend him! Very upfront and truly appreciated his expertise. And especially Kaitlyn on his staff! Thanks so much.
George is a wonderful lawyer! He took care of everything from start to finish, even before the insurance company knew there was an accident I was able to call on the weekend the day it happened and it was immediately taken care of! I didn’t need to worry or do about ANYTHING at all. One of the best feelings in the world was knowing that I had someone who actually cared and and was there for me and my whole family every single step of the way!! l’m so glad I went with Jebaily Law Firm I wouldn’t have had ot any other way! Thanks so much for everything ur firm did for me and my family!!
