Talkin’ Books

Held on the second Wednesday of every month at the NMB Area Historical Museum, located at 799 2nd Ave N, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.

The Parks & Recreation Department, in partnership with Bookends, invites you to join Talkin’ Books — a unique gathering for book lovers that goes beyond a traditional book club. This program offers an opportunity to share favorite reads, discover new recommendations, explore hidden literary treasures, and enjoy engaging conversations with fellow readers.

The monthly sessions take place from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the NMB Historical Museum. Each meeting will feature a different theme, and attendees are encouraged to bring a favorite book that connects with the topic to share with the group.

Whether you enjoy reading occasionally or consider yourself a dedicated book enthusiast, Talkin’ Books is a great way to discover new titles, exchange ideas, and connect with a community of fellow book lovers.
