Meet David Beale, Attorney at Law
David Beale developed a passion for making people’s lives better from an early age. In second grade, his teacher sent home a report card that read, “David is a natural-born peacemaker.” As a lawyer, David brings that same mindset to pursuing compensation and peace of mind for people suffering from serious injuries.
He received his law degree from Mercer Law School and his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina. After completing his undergraduate degree, he joined the Peace Corps, where he lived and worked in Romania for two of the most meaningful years of his life.
David was an assistant district attorney in Georgia, where he fought for victims of crimes and served as the lead attorney in Rockdale County’s DUI and Drug Treatment courts. In 2017, he returned home to South Carolina and continues his pursuit of justice for those who need it. He is also still licensed to practice in Georgia. David is an experienced trial attorney and has tried numerous cases before juries and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, David has volunteered for numerous charity organizations throughout the state. The oldest sibling of five, he maintains close relationships with his family and friends. After three decades of spending many of his off days in the low country and eventually marrying the love of his life in Georgetown, David, his wife, three children, and their pup made the decision to make Georgetown home. On his off days, you’re likely to find him spending his time enjoying all the sights and activities this beautiful part of our state has to offer.
