In a personal injury type case like we're talking about, these negligence cases whether it's a car wreck or defective product or an injury at a nursing home or wherever it may be, those negligence/personal injury actions, there's free consultations so there's no cost up front. We don't get our fee until the end of the case and if there's no recovery, there's no fee. So, the only time that we charge in a situation like that is if we're able to successfully get a recovery for our clients.
