Generally speaking, workers are entitled to workers’ compensation at a rate of 66-2/3 percent of his or her average weekly wage (which is based on the previous four quarters before you sustained your injury) but no more than the maximum average weekly wage that is pre-determined by the South Carolina Employment Security Commission on a yearly basis. A workers’ compensation attorney can further advise you about your possible compensation rate if you have additional questions.

So happy I went to Jebaily Law Firm. The people there were so nice from being greeted at the door when you first come in until the time you leave the office when you exit and that includes the receptionist. They get the job done, I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Brian!
I ended up needing a lawyer and I’m SO glad I called Jebaily Law Firm. I have been working with Brian Yost and he is amazing! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable but also so down to earth which I really appreciate. I can tell he genuinely wants to help his clients and if you ever get a chance to work with him you will understand what I mean. His paralegal Monique is wonderful and so helpful as well. I feel very comfortable with Brian and Monique and I know I’m in good hands. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ronald Jebaily who started the firm 50 or so years ago. He was such a nice guy and I can see why they have been around for so long. I definitely made the right choice when I hired Jebaily Law Firm!
Brian and Caitlyn helped me so much! They were so understanding. They made me feel heard and important. They handled my case efficiently! Please use Jebaily Law.
