Before a lawyer can charge a fee on a workers’ compensation case, the fee must be approved by the S.C. Workers Compensation Commission. Commission rules require that no lawyer’s fee exceed one-third of the amount recovered. The one-third must be based on the amount disputed and may not be calculated on weekly benefits the employer voluntarily pays to the injured worker.

See More TestimonialsBrian Yost our attorney at Jebaily law firm is absolutely wonderful. He and his staff Monique, Jocelyn and Dawn always polite and answered our questions. Brian helped us through my husbands workers comp case after we had almost given up. Workers comp can be so difficult to deal with and we now recommend using an attorney to navigate through all the issues that can come up. Brian is an excellent lawyer and down to earth person! Very relatable. Thank you Brian!
Brian and Monique work with me for a very long time we became like family over the course of my case . If anyone have a work injury I would recommend them. Thanks
My attorney Brian with assistant Monique and Dawn really did me a good job in handling my workmans comp case even though sometimes I made it hard on them. They always kept me up to date on things, always made me feel important, and would always explain things involving the case. Thank you all so much for the hard you put into this case.
Jebaily Law Firm has a long history of working hard for every client from start to finish!
