Paralegal, Kristi L. Lindley, joined Jebaily Law Firm in 2004 as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for George D. Jebaily. Kristi is responsible for monitoring all statutes of limitation. When it becomes necessary to file a lawsuit, she is responsible for drafting all appropriate litigation documents. She is also responsible for monitoring all litigation deadlines and court dockets, attorney scheduling, and trial preparation and support.
Kristi received her Associate in Public Service/Paralegal from Florence-Darlington Technical College in 1995. She also graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from Limestone College in 2008. Kristi brings over 20 years of legal experience to our firm. She has worked in several areas of law including personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security, and criminal defense. Kristi is a PACE Registered Paralegal, having successfully completed the NFPA Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam.
She is also a South Carolina Certified Paralegal having been certified by the South Carolina Bar Board of Paralegal Certification. She is a member of NFPA, the Palmetto Paralegal Association and a Paralegal Affiliate of SCAJ/AAJ.
Kristi is dedicated to the clients we serve and ensuring that their journey through the litigation process, while at times challenging and unfamiliar to them, is as pleasant an experience as possible. When she is not working, Kristi enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, reading and music.
