About Workers’ Memorial Day
According to the United States Department of Labor, “April 28 is… a time we remember and honor the men and women who have lost their lives on the job.”
While American workers are in safer workplaces than they were in 1971, due to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, too many people have lost their lives in the past and currently in the present.
The Jebaily Law Firm believes that all workers should be in safe environments and should be protected so that they can make it home to their loved ones every day.
