Who We Are

Ronald J. Jebaily began practicing law in Florence, South Carolina in 1969. Prior to moving to Florence, Ron worked with Levine & Broder in New York City. One of the partners that Ron trained under was the great Moe Levine. Ron later moved to Florence and opened the law firm Jebaily & Glass, P.A with Steven Glass. Mr. Glass retired in 1999. After Mr. Glass retired, the name of the firm was permanently changed to Jebaily Law Firm, P.A. Ron is the lead attorney for the Workers Compensation Team.

In 1982, George D. Jebaily graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Upon graduating, he went to work for a civil defense firm in Columbia, South Carolina. After a few years of working for the insurance industry, George decided that he wanted to move back to Florence and help injured people. George is the lead attorney for the Personal Injury Team.

Tim Meacham joined the firm and the name became Jebaily, Glass & Meacham. Tim later took a job with the Horry County Solicitors Office and Steve Glass retired in 1999. After Mr. Glass retired, the name of the firm was permanently changed to Jebaily Law Firm, P.A.

In 2003, Ron and George hired Rangeley Bailey Chewning . Mrs. Chewning clerked for the Honorable John M. Milling after law school and also practiced with a civil defense firm prior to coming to Jebaily Law Firm, P.A. Rangeley works with the Personal Injury Team and also has a General Practice.

In 2008, the firm hired Suzanne H. Jebaily as an Associate.  Mrs. Jebaily earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology.  In addition, she pursued a career as a visual artist and fine arts curator before returning to school to study law.   After graduating from law school, Mrs. Jebaily clerked for the Honorable Ralph King Anderson, Jr., South Carolina Court of Appeals.  Suzanne will be practicing in the areas of Workers' Compensation, Social Security, and Appellate Advocacy.

Cely Anne Baker Brigman joined Jebaily Law firm as an Associate in 2008. Cely Anne graduated from Columbia College in 1983 and the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1985. She is a past member of the South Carolina Bar House of Delegates, Board of Governors, Judicial Qualifications Committee, and past chair of the Family Law Section of the South Carolina Trial Lawyers. She is currently a member of the South Carolina Trial Lawyers, the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, the Florence and Darlington County Bar Associations and the Summary Court Judges Association. She has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. She is also the Chief Magistrate for Darlington County. Cely Anne's practice focuses on family and matrimonial law.
